Never once did they address it even though they saw it. This was in front of the cop and this incompetent manager. The 2 nd time she pushed me, using her elbow. I am pushed not once, but twice by this crazy gal. After 15 more minutes, we’re finally told that we can get into line against the wall, further down the hall. And I can tell you that, that man has no tact, not an ounce of professionalism, and isn’t fit to manage a gas station, much less the Bijou. There’ll be a line.» My best friend and I are both well educated professionals both of us deal with clients every single day. Anyway, this guy’s body language and vinegar face just reeked of «I really don’t want to be here.» For the next half hour, there continued to be no direction from this individual so my best friend went to ask and this manager was extremely rude to him. I could kick myself for not getting this jerk’s name. I had noticed a manager, a middle aged Caucasian man, in a cheap suit, with glasses and goatee. Having been a long time patron of this theatre, it’s always been customary to stand in line by the ticket booth. Most people, a few in SW cosplay, we’re sitting around the lounge area, drinking alcohol and eating. There didn’t seem to be any form of congruent line. I was actually surprised to see the utter disorganization upon our arrival.
BIJOU SAN ANTONIO SANTIKOS MANAGEMENT MOVIE
My best friend and I showed up 2 hours prior to the movie time. Last week, on 17 Dec, I had tickets for the 7 o’clock showing to the new Star Wars movie. And, of course, I loved the fact that the crowd is older, refined, and well behaved, in sharp contrast to the typical San Antonio theatre. I’ve always loved the ambience of the local art as well as the excellent selection of indie film. Pretty sad too being that they have immigrant beginnings I’ve been a long time customer of the Bijou.
Be warned, guys, on who you’re supporting when you go to any of their theatres. It’s sad that Santikos can’t be professional that they have to resort to petty bigotry and name-calling on social media. So, by the name of this individual, this person is involved with the Santikos family. Santikos Bijou, as well as their corporate office, has extremely poor management and it needs to bring brought to light especially for those of us who’ve spent years being supporters of the Bijou which I’m now no longer one. And it is not a rant, it is something that people should be aware of.

Update to my review: 27 Dec, I had an interesting message yesterday from someone saying I was Mexican because of my «rant.: I’m American-born for any moron who assumes I’m not of this country.
